Commercial & Domestic

Our carpet, floor and upholstery services are available to both commercial and domestic customers.

We also offer contract services to provide tailored carpet, floor and upholstery cleaning programmes for good appearance retention and to maximise their life expectancy.

Spray Extraction Cleaning

This system is generally used for heavily soiled carpets and uses a spray-wand with warm or hot water mixed with the appropriate cleaning solution.

The solution is sprayed under controlled pressure into the carpet and extracts the soiling via a powerful built-in vacuum unit.

This is followed by rinsing and neutralising the carpet after cleaning.

Carpets are first inspected, and a colour fast test carried out.

They are then vacuumed, and any stains treated before the cleaning process.

This conventional cleaning can also be used on upholstery fabrics using different attachments and solutions, subject to pre-testing the fabric first.

Dry Compound Extraction Cleaning

Dry compound carpet cleaning uses an organic product made of natural materials infused with natural minerals (tiny micro-porous sponges) that are mechanically brushed into the carpet after vacuuming.

After 30 mins these are then extracted to leave a clean, fresh and neutralised carpet.

This is a great system when minimal disruption is required and time is of the essence, such as hotel rooms and nursing homes.

The preparation of the carpets is the same as for conventional methods of cleaning, and treated carpets can be ready for use within just 1 hour.

Texatherm System (Rotary Thermal Cleaning)

This method uses the same preparation process as with the spray or water extraction method, vacuuming, stain treatments a cleaning pad is immersed into a neutralising solution and heated to 90 degrees centigrade.

The carpets are pre-sprayed with an advanced cleaning solution to break down the soiling, then the hot damp pad is driven across the treated carpet with a rotary low speed machine, allowing the pad to collect the soiling via a capillary action.

This process leaved the carpets clean and sanitised in one operation, and is a good alternative to conventional methods, especially when there is limited access times for large commercial areas.
